RETURN POLICY
The return period for purchases on our online store is 14 days from the order’s delivery date.
To return any item from our online store, please write to us at info@vitacaresolutions.com
Below is a guide on how to proceed for different scenarios:
  1. Product Damaged During Shipping
    Upon receiving the product, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find it has been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately through our available channels.
  2. Defective Product
    For returns due to a defective product, the defect must be verified by sending photos that show the damage or deterioration of the item. From this point on, we cover all associated costs.
    For defective products, Vitacare Solutions covers all expenses for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, with no additional charges to the consumer.
    The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, improper handling, incorrect installation, or normal wear.
    To receive a refund or replacement for a damaged product, you must send photos of the defect immediately upon receiving it, and the product must be unused.
    Note: Vitacare Solutions does not cover shipping costs for products returned as allegedly defective but found otherwise. In many areas of Spain, the lime content in drinking water is high, which may require more frequent cleaning. If a return is due to a defect fixable with a simple cleaning, we do not offer a refund or replacement, nor cover shipping expenses related to the return. We always inform customers of the process before proceeding with a return to ensure awareness of related shipping costs.
    The warranty will become void if:
    • Any part of the product or purchase receipt is altered or replaced.
    To use the warranty, presenting the purchase receipt is essential.

    The warranty provided by Vitacare Solutions complies with legal requirements under the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as well as Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).

  3. Product Does Not Meet Expectations
    If you receive the product and it doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry—you may return it within 14 calendar days from the product's delivery date. Just contact Vitacare Solutions through any available means. The product must be in perfect condition, with all accessories, and unused.
    After receiving the merchandise in our warehouse and confirming its condition, you will receive a refund for your order.
    The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
  4. Return Costs
    If you return a product due to an error on Vitacare Solutions' part—meaning damaged, deteriorated, or defective items—we will always cover all return shipping costs. If the return is for a different reason, return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.
    Note: We do not cover return shipping costs within Barcelona City.

  • No warranty applies for product imperfections or color variations between the photo and the actual product.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Product Warranty
    Our shower filter has a 2-year warranty as long as the user has followed usage instructions. We cannot offer a warranty if you haven’t changed the filters within a 3-month period, as the dirt collected by the filters will eventually block water flow, affecting the shower head’s performance and possibly damaging the product.
Important: We do not recommend purchasing our shower filter in the following cases:
  • If your home’s water pressure is low, as the water needs pressure to pass through the three filters.
  • If you have an old gas boiler, as we’ve seen cases where the water heater does not activate due to the pressure change from our filter.
